Folks, I had the BEST time with that Lulu contest last February and it occurs to me that perhaps I can incorporate another contest into my next undertaking.
What is it you ask? Well, I am teaming up with USA Baby and the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society to do a fundraiser this August. It is in honor of a little boy named Payton Green, a very young (6 years old) Leukemia patient, and a dear friend of my daughter. He is truly a brave little boy and, until recently, I had been racking my brains trying to figure out a way to help his family and others like them.
The theme of the mini-portrait sessions will be “Best Friend” and I will be asking each child to pose with their best “friend”, which would actually be their favorite toy or object. Details on the cost of the session will be forthcoming, but my thought to make this a little more exciting would be to have, you guessed it, another contest. The winner will receive a complimentary 8×10 as well as their child’s image on my website.
