There’s a lot more to Christmas than opening presents as we all know. One of my favorite things about Christmas is that it is a time of tradition. For us, that tradition when we were growing up meant having a special Cuban dinner at the grandparents’ place. Then everyone would crash our place on Christmas day to eat and open presents… Now that I have my own family we’re creating new traditions, one of which is making and decorating a gingerbread house. Some families make it a tradition get portraits done to use as Christmas gifts. (I myself am very fond of that idea:)
